Raynel T. Almonte is a Buffalo-based director, cinematographer, and editor — and the founder of FrameArt Pictures LLC. His work spans dramatic features, short documentaries, and branded content, united by a commitment to authentic storytelling and cinematic craft.
From the debut feature Living In B Minor to the in-development documentary Milagros, Almonte's films are built on long-term relationships with their subjects — a process that takes months, sometimes years, before a single frame is shot.
His work has been recognized on IMDb and continues to grow through festival submissions, branded partnerships, and community-driven documentary projects.
